QUOTATION & PRICING


CBP of Arizona, Inc. pricing policy is based on expectations that the jobsite will be organized and prepared to begin paint work upon arrival. All colors must be selected prior to the start of work. Unless previously discussed, we do not propose to move personal items, breakables, lightweight furniture, other trade’s work related items, nor do we propose to work around unscheduled trades unless previously agreed upon. We will be happy to help move heavy furniture with prior authorization, however we will not be liable for any damage incurred in the process.
All pricing and estimates, verbal or written, are guaranteed for 30 days. Prices are subject to change if any version of the original agreement is altered. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen events occur prior to start date or after the start of a job such as, multiple trips, moving personal items, removing and reinstalling window treatments (inside or out), replacement of weatherstripping, exterior repairs exposed after pressure washing, etc… Any and all claims must be submitted verbally or in writing within 24 hours. All claims must have three estimates from licensed business owners. CBP reserves the right to verify and approve all claims and estimates.

PAYMENT & BILLING


All residential proposals require a 50% deposit to secure a scheduled start time. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Commercial and business payments are set at a standard of Net 30 days unless otherwise specified during contractual negotiations. Commercial and business contracts that are ongoing for more than two weeks will be subject to a draw for the work completed to that date unless otherwise specified during contractual negotiations. All outstanding invoices of 60 days or more from date of invoice are subject to collections. CBP reserves the right to lien contracted property if payment is not made within 60 days. All credit card charges are subject to a 2% additional fee.

INSURANCE


CBP is bonded and insured. Our employees are fully covered by workmen’s comprehensive insurance. Property owner is to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance.

WARRANTY


CBP offers a five year warranty in conjuction with the use of Dunn-Edwards Evershield product (for exterior only) based on Dunn-Edwards terms and agreements. CBP offers a two year warranty for all standard exterior & interior work. Exclusions to the warranty are deviations to the original application performed by a party or an individual other than CBP of Arizona, Inc. deviations included but are not limited to construction, repainting, applying solvents to substrate surfaces, or remaining paint left on site for touch-ups.

CANCELLATION


Upon receipt of a deposit, or beginning of service, a cancellation fee of costs incurred, not limited to time and materials, will be charged to the customer.
